About Dwaine

I’m Dwaine Clarke, a husband, father of two, and a man committed to living a life of purpose, alignment, and growth. As the owner of a commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm, as well as a coach and mastermind host for men, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges we face in balancing success in business with the deeper fulfillment that comes from strong family bonds, spiritual connection, and personal health.

Like many men, I’ve felt the weight of society’s expectations—telling us we must choose between work and family, faith and success, or health and hustle. I reject that narrative. I believe we can have it all: a thriving business, a connected family, a strong body, and a deep relationship with God. This isn’t about perfection; it’s about intentionality and living in alignment with what truly matters.

Through this blog, my goal is to provide guidance to men—fathers, husbands, and business leaders—who feel stuck or overwhelmed, helping them break free and step into the power of living with balance and purpose. Whether you’re seeking clarity in your faith, strength in your relationships, focus in your business, or discipline in your health, this journey is for you.

Together, we’ll tackle the core foundations of Body (physical fitness and health), Being (spiritual connection with God), Balance (relationships with family and tribe), and Business (purpose-driven success). These pillars are not separate—they are interwoven, and mastering them creates a life of fulfillment and impact.

This is a space for real conversations, practical insights, and community. You’ll find lessons from my personal experiences, insights from the Bible, and tools inspired by Wake Up Warrior. My goal is to inspire and equip you to become a leader in every area of your life and to show you that a life of balance, joy, and abundance is not only possible but within your reach.

Let’s break free from the limitations society places on us as men. Let’s step into leadership with strength, purpose, and clarity.

It’s time to have it all.
